Growth and change are not easy
transitions in a local church. There are specific actions and attitudes
that are necessary if the church is to reflect its Lord and build a foundation
for the present and future generations. As a church, we are in a 12-15
month transition to a new facility. We know, of course, we are not building
a churchbecause the church is peoplebut some necessary building
still must take place in us as our facility is being built.
How this new facility will
impact our church life will not be decided by the architecture. Our success
will be built upon and framed by our attitudes and actions. The following
represents some of the people construction we are hoping to do:
